Hur man manuellt synkroniserar Shopify-utbetalningar till QuickBooks i LedgerPort

Shopify Payments consolidates your store’s earnings into periodic payouts deposited directly to your bank account. LedgerPort tracks these payouts and syncs them to QuickBooks Online so your books accurately reflect your actual cash deposits. The Payout tab on the Manual Sync page lets you review all fetched payouts and push any of them to QuickBooks on demand.

This tab is only available for Shopify connections. WooCommerce connections do not have a Payout tab.

Go to LedgerPort » Manual Sync and click the Payout tab.

Header 'Manual Sync' with icon and a horizontal tab bar: Product, Variation, Order, Daily Summary, Payout (selected), Customer.

The Payout Tab

The table lists all payout records LedgerPort has fetched from your Shopify store. Each row represents one Shopify Payments deposit and shows:

  • Payout Date : the date the payout was issued by Shopify
  • Amount : the payout amount formatted in your business currency
  • Sync Status : whether the payout has been sent to QuickBooks

Synkroniseringsstatusvärdena är desamma över alla flikar för manuell synkronisering:

If the table is empty, click Refresh to fetch the latest payouts from your Shopify store.

Pushing Payouts to QuickBooks

  1. Check the box next to each payout you want to push. To select every row on the current page, check the box in the column header.
  2. Click Push in the toolbar. The button shows the count of selected payouts.
  3. A confirmation dialog opens. Review the count and confirm. Once the push completes, click Close. The table refreshes with updated sync statuses. Payouts that already have a Synced status are skipped automatically if included in a push.

When to Use Payout Mapping

Initial historical import : after connecting LedgerPort to your Shopify store for the first time, push all existing payout records to bring QuickBooks up to date before enabling automatic syncing.

After a failed sync : filter the table by Failed status, select the affected payouts, and re-push them after resolving the underlying error. Check LedgerPort » Audit Logs to read the specific error message for each failed record.

After a connection interruption : if your QuickBooks connection was temporarily disconnected and payouts did not sync during that period, push them manually here rather than waiting for the next automatic cycle.

Vanliga frågor

Are payouts the same as orders? No. A payout is a single deposit Shopify makes to your bank account, typically representing the net proceeds from multiple orders minus Shopify fees over a billing period. Orders sync separately through the Order tab. Use the Payout tab when you need to record the actual cash deposits in QuickBooks rather than individual sale transactions.

Will pushing a payout create a duplicate if it was already synced? No. Payouts with a Synced status are automatically skipped during a push, so re-pushing a batch that includes already-synced records is safe.

Why is my Payout tab empty after clicking Refresh? Confirm that your Shopify connection is active in LedgerPort » Connections and that Shopify Payments is enabled on your store. Payouts only appear if your store has processed at least one payout cycle.

The Payout tab is not visible. Why? The Payout tab only appears for Shopify connections. If you are viewing a WooCommerce connection, this tab is not available.

Can I push payouts if Auto sync is turned off? Yes. The Manual Sync page works independently of the Auto sync setting in Sync Config. You can push records here regardless of whether automatic syncing is enabled.
